Terms and Conditions
Thank you for staying at SkyMount Resort. To make your stay comfortable and
safe, please be guided with the following rules and regulations:
- Check in 2PM, check out 12NN.
- Additional 500/hr will be charged for early check in and late check out time.
- Balance should be settled upon check in.
- Security deposit of 1000 / room is required and refundable if no damage made in the unit.
- All breakfast will be served at Mildred's Cafe & Resto from 7:30AM-9AM.
- Restaurant is open from 7:30AM to 9PM. Last call is 8PM for orders.
- Mass is every Saturday, 5PM at The Sacred Heart of Jesus Chapel.
- Rent of videoke is 600 php for 6hrs.
- Quiet time starts at 10PM to 7AM.
- Lechon corkage - 1,000 php
- Alcohol corkage - 2,000 for 30-60 pax, 3,000 for 61 pax up.
- Small pets allowed (must have own bed/cage, diaper, not allowed in pool area).
- NO cooking, but can bring foods and utensils.
- FREE golf cart use from 7AM - 9PM.
- Drugs, illegal weapons, inflammable and explosives are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
- NO Lifeguard on duty. Children must have adult supervision at all times.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the guestrooms. There are designated smoking areas for your convenience. Please be mindful of your cigarette butts.
- Management is not liable for any loss or damage of guest's personal belongings and valuables.
- Please return your guestroom keys to the Front Desk upon check out. Lost keys will be charged Php 500.00 each. Any damage to Resort property will also be charged accordingly.
- In case of injury. the Management is not liable for any medical cost incurred or emergency care rendered to the guest. We have first aid kit in the Front Desk should the need arises.
